      Getting my Groove Back!

      OMG! Where do I begin?!

      So for a US Navy sailor who has seriously slacked off in the health and fitness department, this 12 week guide has been a lifesaver! I have had an absolute blast 💥 doing it! It has helped me get back into my groove! I have even created an entire binder with all my other workout guides that I’ll move into after this one. It easy enough to do on my own but challenging enough to keep my interested and excited for the next day!

      Actual results!

      So unfortunately my last phone completely died so I lost all my old pics for side by side photos for proof but seriously this guide gives results! I have tried following different routines over the past 5 years and I always go back to this! I have probably completed the 12 weeks at least 6 times through completely. Great combo of workouts, I always break a sweat with these! I also love how it's a one time payment for something you get to hold on to.

      Great guide

      I love the layout and style of this ebook, i have used many workouts from it and also love the food section that helps with portions and good dinner meals!
